We are still experiencing DRM issues with some of the StreamFab download modules. If you can only download videos at lower resolutions than you could before January 25th 2024, please be patient as the developers are still working on fixing the issues.
Other symptoms that you are dealing with a DRM problem could be "Failure to access video" errors or endless analysis.
Please refrain from posting about these specific errors as we are of course well aware and working on them. Feel free to post an issue you think might not be related to the DRM problem but bear in mind that they will be treated with a very low priority until the DRM issues are resolved.
The following modules should be fully back to normal (state before January 25th 2024):
AbemaTVApple TV+CrunchyrollDisney+HuluITVX
JoynLeminoNHK+OnlyFansParamount+
RTL+ShahidTubiU-Next
These modules are back to normal for content added prior to January 25th 2024 and lower resolutions for newer content:
AmazonMax
* Netflix content added after January 25th 2024 cannot be downloaded at all. It is back to normal for everything else.
Regarding Peacock , the content that cannot be downloaded is anything posted after February 22nd 2024. Anything Prior can still be downloaded as usual.
Downloaded a few playlists yesterday and came across an issue. Two of the folders can't be moved, copied or deleted. all the files have been deleted but can't get rid of the folders.Screenshots of the folders & the error message attached.
Were the folders created by Downloader? That is very strange, What happens if you right click on the folders and select Properties? Look and see if they are in the recycle bin.

Any ideas on what to do??
try rebooting your computer and then try deleting the folders.
This is what one folder says. I'm assuming the other folder says the same. Funny thing is, I did a couple other playlists from the same Artist and they worked ok.
try opening the command prompt - Windows key + R
then enter the location of the folders you want to delete.
if that fails, restart your computer in safe mode and try deleting the files

I'm not really sure how to do the cmd prompt deletion, and don't want to screw up my computer by doing it wrong. I changed the Downloader folder name & hid it. Created a new default destination folder and set the program to go there
Our QA team tried download playlist and remove folders, it worked, we cannot reproduce the issue of "Two of the folders can't be moved, copied or deleted."
No idea why that happens yet, maybe administrator privilege?
