They aren't stuck on anything. They simply haven't made any attempt to fix Peacock. The only modules that they have worked on are Amazon and Netflix. Even with them, they didn't make any progress with cracking the DRM. They gave up early and went over to CleverGet-style re-encoding. At one point I wrote Wilson begging him to put Amazon and Netflix on the back burner and temporarily concentrate on some of the lesser priority modules, like Peacock, with the thought that they would be easier to crack. That would, at least, show that some progress was being made in the DRM problem and would make many users happy and stem the exodus to the competitor.
