StreamFab for Windows Unable to connect to streamfab account and can't use it

Hi, I have purchased a license and installed the streamfab 6.2.0.2 application.
but when I want to log in myself to my stremyfab account to have the license activated, it doesn't work. It can't access to the server.
    So I can't use it...
i deactivated firewalls.... tried to re install3d several times and I even tried on 2 different computers and same thing...
I tried the android app and here I could log in.
    any solution?

Run this in the command prompt as a test:

    ping web-backend-us.dvdfab.cn

    Otherwise check your \Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
    and/or disable proxy/vpn if used

The guy above didn't authorize his account, so he is getting that message. He must be new here.

If there are any suspect entries (other as default)
for example 8.0.0.0 - see also here

Or have you other "Security Tools/Web Filter" in Win?

What about your ping test ?
If there is a problem try to change your DNS Server

Did the OP get a message the first time they ran the program about Windows Firewall permissions? Back to Germania, checking the host file.
