I know I am missing something simple, but I am not sure where to start. I have a few UHD 4K discs in my library that I would like to rip. The drives I have are on the friendly list but when I put a 4K disc in them it never shows up in Windows or DVDFab. Any suggestions? Included is a screenshot of the drive update tool. It shows my drives as friendly… Anyway any help would be appreciated, thank you.

There are several different ‘flavors’ of drive with that model number. Not all can read UHD discs. Search eBay for “UHD Friendly” and look through the results for one that says it has been tested with DVDFab.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................
