UHD Creator Bad GPU Performance with DVD Fab 12 and UHD Creator

After upgrading to DVD Fab 12 the GPU Performance ist absolut bad. My Test was to Convert a BR to UHD. With Version 11.08 it tooks not even 10 Minutes with my RTX 2080.
With Version 12 - it tooks 1 Hour and 20min....

DVD Fab 11 - GPU Load 93% - GPU runs at 1875 Mhz
DVD Fab 12 - GPU Load 27% - GPU runs at 1350 Mhz

Bad Day Part 2 - after de-install DVD Fab 12 - after Windows Restart - now also DVD Fab 11.08 an 11.07. runs now with low GPU load!
Re-Install DVD Fab 11 did not help

Please Fix this! Because iīm not alone with this "GPU Load Problem"

Thanks for the feedback, the developers will check it. Please report your nvidia driver version or attach the fabcheck log to a post.

I install the Nvidia Driver 456.71 after the Installation from DVD Fab 12 - so the older Nvidia Driver and the New canīt be the Problem. Because the UHD Creator runs fine in DVD Fab 11
By the Way - i canīt upload the log because the Filesize is to big.

With Version 11 i could create a UHD from a BR within 5-10 Minutes with my RTX 2080
With Version 12 it tooks more than 70 Minutes

Converter works - only GPU Load is wrong

                        hi,

                        Please remove "DVDFab\DVDFab12\Log" folder,
then run the converter again, let it run 10% like, then cancel.
zip the Log folder, we need dvdfab_internal.log and fabcheck_internal.log

for the slow speed, I guess maybe it hdr type , do your use DVDFab11 UHD Creator Passthrough, while Use DVDFab12 UHD Creator with Compress mode.

                        yours,

Hi Wilson, the Update did not change the GPU Load btw. My GPU runs 500Mhz slower and uses only 1,2GB Video Ram.
In the Past, DVD Fab uses more than 5GB Video Ram and the Card has more than 90% Load.
With DVD Fab max. 29% Load...
Crazy is - the fabcheck_internal.log is in the DVD Fab 12 Log Folder, the dvdfab_internal.log is in the DVD Fab 10 Folder.

                          regards,
                          Marty
