UHD Drive Tool doesn't work with BM-16D1HT despite you saying it does. I have spoken with tech support but they keep referring me back to the list of supported drives which does show my drive on it. Under you 30 day Money Back I would like an immediate refund if you cant fix the issue! See attached.

DVDFab supports listed drives. Look through the forum (see this thread https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/uhd-co...h-uhd-inserted , you will see that there are far more reports of problems with the ASUS BW16D1 series than anything else. It’s because there are so many variations of it with almost identical model numbers. If you want a refund for something make it the ASUS drive and get a “real” LG instead.
