Any update on the shipping of the VidOn.Me Set Top boxes? Are we going to recieve a tracking number? I got an email asking me for my contact information and address. Thanks Steve

Yes, the boxes were shipped yesterday (6 March). Delivery times will vary based on your location. If it works like the mini-PCs, you will not receive a tracking number but the staff can trace your shipment if it does not arrive in a few (2-4) weeks.

I just got yet another email (with tracking information this time) and it will not leave Hong Kong until the 17th April, so you cannot call that as being boxes shipped on the 6th March.
I am starting to loose my patience and so is a friend of mine who has also ordered one.

Well Colin, I hope you and your friend can survive this somehow. I haven't gotten mine either. The boxes are drop shipped from the factory and the DVDFab staff are in the dark until they receive shipping notifications from there. I think they may have shipped in groups depending on when the orders were placed.

Imo very bad business practice now we have been waiting 2to 4 weeks for are stb to arrive and now another week for it to leave shipping facility and who knows how long till it arrives mabe in may. so now it going to be around 3 months total from when it was suppose to be released what upsets me is that i bought it for.my sons b-day now it has passed were both very disappointed in the way fab went about this

Why email us confirmation that we will receive in 2-4 weeks when nothing has left
In my line of career we inform customers when we ship their package not false inform paying customers

I was expecting april, but it looks like we may not get it until june or july.

I am also in the same boat. Ordered the Set-Top box on 03-21-2013 and finally have some tracking information from them. Item was accepted in Hong Kong on 04-09-2013 and was not shipped out of Hong Kong until 04-23-2013. Can't imagine how long it will take to get here. Real disappointment considering DVDFab's other software products.

Don't feel like the lone ranger, I ordered mine January, 23 and have yet to hear a single word. We'll get them when they arrive!

I also ordered in January and I would like a firm answer of when it will arrive I keep hearing 2-3 weeks every time I ask.. I got a tracking # over 3 weeks ago but that does no good if it says that the package is still in Hong Kong. I am wondering why I was told that it shipped in mid February then early march now in April. Why can't I get a strait answer. I have always trusted dvdfab but I'm starting to get frustrated with the misleading information.

One that was ordered the same time as 90312's has arrived in Australia just in the past couple of days. The manufacturer changed the dates with little or no notice to DVDFab, really beyond their control I think.
