Yeah I can confirm that mine has just arrive so the pipeline looks like it's going to flow.

I order & buy quite a bit out of China and after years of doing this expect the following timetables to OZ:-

In stock - Delivery within a month
Out of stock - Delivery within 2 months
New product pre-order - Delivery within 4 months.

I have the option, accept these timeframes or buy a similar product here in Oz at around 3 times the price.

I'll give you an example. I ordered & paid for a mini-keyboard for use on the STB and it cost $15 with free post and took 27 days for delivery. The exact same item in a bricks & mortar store here was $58.

hence I planned and was patient and saved myself $43 which when put in the right perspective was a carton of Corona...

Patience is a virtue when dealing with China.

One of the things I've learned during the course of my career doing business with suppliers in that part of the world is: You'll get it when you get it.

That is fully understandable... but maybe you shouldn't make promises that you can't keep with that in mind... I ordered this thing in January and this is my first post or inquiry.... I think I've been patient... I did receive a tracking number on April 3rd, and still no product... can it really take over a month even from there??
First we were told the first part of February, then the first part of March, then the beginning of April... I don't mind waiting, but please, just be honest...

You picked the wrong target Fanatik, I am user like yourself and have nothing whatever to do with this issue. And like you I ordered in January and I haven't even received a tracking or shipping confirmation. To be fair this is not a DVDFab issue either, they contracted a supplier to build these media players under their brand. The supplier's performance has been less than expected and a PITA for DVDFab as well I'll bet. I sympathize and am waiting myself.

Are we going to get some type of confirm that they shipped, as I just lost one package (not from dvdfab) as it was delivered to the wrong house and the people in that house swear they never received anything, so some type of shipping or tracking # would be great when they ship PLEASE!!!!

Fed ex is reimbursing on that shipment and fed ex knows they delivered to the wrong house also!!

I have yet to even receive tracking info. Ordered in February for USA. To me it's one of those things that will be nice if it shows, and I'll shrug if it doesn't. I purchased a *software package*, the box was intended as a bonus.

I'm not ruling it out but I'm not counting on any immediate delivery.

We have contacted the logistics company about this issue, they claim that they ship the packages to our customers. Normally it would cost 45 to 60 days for the item to reach its destination depending on its final location. As the ship is on the ocean now, they cannot provide any further information. 2nd lie got told 2-4 weeks delivery

I think it will be less than 60 days, especially to the western US. I buy lots of stuff from Meritline that ships from Hong Kong that generally gets to me (East coast) in 5 weeks or a little less.
