I cannot download my content from movies. I managed it in the trial period quit nicely but now I cannot get anything on youtube to download as it sticks on analyzing. only difference is it ha just updated to latest version and I have bought the product (which is now useless!!)

Please help. I have tried some of the suggestions with pasting the url into the the address bar rather than going through storefront but this does not work either. Any help or pointers will be most welcome. when I do analyze it evenrually times out with analyzing failed please check your network and try again… Log attached -
