Tips for the player:
- Do not bother to set the date and clock, on mine it is not rememebred after power off.
- The SD card slot suppports up to at least 16GB cards (32GB on order) and it supports FAT32 and NTFS formatted cards, so long movies at high bitrates which would exceed FAT32 abilities are supported. Insert the SDHC card with the gold contacts facing front (towards you).
- You can use smaller than maximum frame sizes, they still look very good.
- There are more brightness levels than the values that are listed in the manual.
- For best results with the FM Tuner, plug in the earphones or plug the external video cable into the earphone jack to serve as an antenna.
- You can change the aspect ratio and zooming by pressing the "mode" button while a movie is playing, then using -> to go over to the icon that looks like two white pieces of paper, one in front of the other, then press "mode" again.
