DVDFab No Longer Loads

I tried to start DVDFab ver 9.2.1.8 yesterday and it is unable to load. I have had a license copy for years. I tried to download 9.2.1.9 and reinstall it only to have the same problem. I uninstalled all it as well as the old version I had of it going back to ver 7.0 from my pc, rebooted and reinstalled the latest version only to have the same problem. I them restored the pc back to the way it was the last time DVDFab worked all it still so longer loaded. It loads up to about 145,000 when it attempts to LOG IN and it freezes and won't load any more than that. After hours of trying to figure out what happened I am at a loss so I loaded it on my laptop and that worked, however I have always used it on my desktop PC and that is where I want to you.

Please attach the DVDFab internal log session for the latest version, the instructions for this are linked in my sig, below. It should generate a short log file even if it does not fully open in most cases.

DVDFab is having trouble connecting to the internet and is in HD Decrypter mode. Uninstall the version you are using, then do a new download of v9.2.1.9 and install and activate it. Post a new log in this thread if that does not work.

After uninstall and reboot and reinstall I still get the screen that says Logging In and dvdfab no longer responds. Below is the latest internal log.

The most recent log you posted showed DVDFab was finally able to reach the server and is no longer in expired trial mode. Unless you have some sort of conflict with other software, it should be running fine. The log shows no signs of a crash. Try letting it run for a few minutes, then if the main UI has not appeared, open task manager check for running applications and processes and see if dvdfab is present.

It does appear in the Task Manager but shows Not Responding. Worked for years. First major problem I had. I will check for software conflict and disable items in MSCONFIG and go from there. No new software has been installed but with luck I'll find the conflict. Thanks for your help

I have worked on this problem all day. I disable every program in MSCONFIG and I also uninstalled every ver of dvdfab on this pc. I removed it from the network and booted directly from the dsl. I have run registry checks to clean the registry. I reinstalled it and when it tries to load it stops responding and can be seen in the task manager.It never gets to the screen where it ask me to activate my new version. I have a lifetime license and I have used dvdfab on this pc for a few years and had several versions installed of this pc. I am now at a loss and have no more ideas.

I have not changed the way I run dvdfab. It has worked for years. I believe I am running it as administrator. I just tried right clicking and clicked run as administrator and it still gets to a point and then stops responding.
