Greg thank you for the reply. I am a long time user of dvdfab and have been since version 3 or 4? anyhow, i did download from here and activate w/ my code. the top says exactly what you put, but in addition it also says non-css version.

let me know what other information is required to help me figure this out.
    thanks fellas!

Just thought I'd report the fact that the latest version - 6.1.2.5 - worked perfectly with both Transformers 2 and the other one I was having problems with, namely, Ken Burns - The National Parks. And just as a side note, I had PathPlayer set to Enable Always rather than Enable When Needed. Thanks to the developer and his quick and brilliant cracking abilities.

OK folks I'm here to report that the PROBLEM BEAST "Transformers 2 - Revenge of the Fallen" is NO LONGER an issue for creating a "Full Disc" backup with DVDFab 6.1.2.5

              IMPORTANT:
Be sure to go back and review your PathPlayer setting (the Green Check, top right). Make sure it is set back to "Enable PathPlayer when necessary".

Then try "Full Disc" mode. I was very impressed with the latest results, here is a view of the files after it completed:

Volume in drive M is AX_MOVIE3
              Volume Serial Number is 3B51-D440

              Directory of M:\FullDisc\TRANSFORMERS2_D1_VANILLA\VIDEO_TS

I did however do a little further cleanup with PgcEdit (PGC Editor/Blanking only, non-decrypton tool) as I'm a stickler on my final backups. I have a portable player that is sometimes a real pain if there is too much program chain jumping. Plus I like to change the program "First Play" order so that the MPAA plays first (if available), then it jumps directly to the movie and then the Menus when the movie is over. Plus PgcEdit has a very nice feature to remove ALL uncalled PGC's.

PgcEdit is NOT needed for for you to get a Full Disc backup.

REMEMBER: Turn PathPlayer back ON !!!

              Cheers,

I have my set at "Always Enable". I haven't had a problem. So far so good.

Actually Pathplayer should be set to Always Enabled as it works without issues that way and it is the Default setting for DVDFab as well.

You are 100% correct that Always Enabled is the Default mode, I set it to "Enable PathPlayer when necessary" as I do NOT use the "Jump To" feature. I use PgcEdit to do my final analysis of the ripped files, just my preference. "Enable PathPlayer when necessary" did work fine with T2 RotF, without having to restart .....

                  Enable PathPlayer when necessary
DVDFab will not enable PathPlayer in normal cases when opening a DVD. Once DVDFab detects a reading error when copying DVD, it will ask user to restart DVDFab to reopen the DVD using PathPlayer. In this way, DVDFab has the ability of opening DVD as fast as before, and uses PathPlayer when really necessary. If the reading error is encountered more than a minute or two into the copy process it will save time to use the default ("Always Enable") option below.

                  Always Enable PathPlayer (Default)
Improvements in PathPlayer and reductions in the scanning time have allowed this to become the default option. This option gives DVDFab the most information about your DVD and will usually result in a better, more reliable backup copy. You can still set the other two options (above) if desired. PathPlayer must be in this mode for the "Jump To..." navigation features to be active.

                  Cheers,

Yes only 6.1.2.5 will work in "Full Disc" mode, DL the latest version.

Will only work if you have a DVDFab license, FREE version will not work !! Read the RED link in my sig

Signals how do you explain this "my issue is different. I downloaded this version, installed it, rebooted, and when it tried to read TF2 disk, it gave me an error that says "to open the DVD disk buy or renew "dvd to dvd" wait for new version of dvdfab hd decrypter"

@sa112263, I re-ripped it a second time to verify that I does work with "Enable as necessary" but do as signals suggest and try Always Enable. And be sure you have a LICENSED version of 6.1.2.5 !!!
