The issue is still there in latest DVDFab 9.3.1.0 with both Lock Up and Anchorman.

please post the dvdfab internal log files from the latest release of dvdfab 9.3.1.0

These are known issues with some Blu-rays due to non-standard authoring. Not much that can be done I am afraid. The Adventures of TinTin was this way also.
