What message did you receive when the file failed to upload? Too large? If so, you can delete the log file, redo the process using DVDFab, it will then generate a new dvdfab_internal.log file, which should be able to upload here.

Normally the failure was due to oversize. In this case, please open the dvdfab_internal.log file with notepad, scroll down it, cut and leave the last few attempts of the log file and then attach it here again.

Every log entry should start with something like DVDFab 11.0.0.3 (2018/11/18 11:33:44) (X64).

If still have the same "Error uploading", try to send it to us via PM, attach a screenshot of what you get.

Okay, we will see if we can reproduce it.

Meanwhile, please go to Common Settings>General>A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" box to convert again and see if it will make a difference.
I also notice that you were trying to convert DVD to mp4.4k, please try other regular mp4 profile and see the result.

never had a problem with the 4k before. I changed the settings as requested.

it seems as though the change in gpu codecs is causing the system to complete the tasks now. I just wanted to let you know. Looking forward to reading your findings and learning something.
