Feature Request Main menu not accessible anymore + DVD playback error

    1. Lately when I have tried to play a blu-ray I can no longer access the disc menu.
It behaves like the regular version of MP 5
I don't know when it started. It just was like this one.day.

.2. Every time I try to play a DVD I get this error:
Edit: Ignore the closed message. I looked at a closed thread when taking this shot. It does not have anything to do with this thread.

    Hello

By "cannot access disc menu", do you mean that you use Menu mode, but do not have menu display for playing any Blu-ray?

    Regards,
    mona

No, not for any. blu-ray at all.

Can you see the screenshot with the error in my OP? I can't for some reason.

Your screen capture is not visible, it shows as a corrupted or unpermitted file type. Please follow the tips for image posting shown here: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/dvdfab...624#post344624

Are these with no menus original discs or have they been processed with DVDfab?
Does the Player 3->About show that it is licensed and unexpired?

The capture was visible to me just after I posted the OP.
The next day it was gone.

We do not reproduce the problem with DVDFab Player v3.

Please download the official version of DVDFab Player 5 to playback DVDs again and see if it will make a difference.

            Regards,

              Sintas,
Try uninstalling and re-installing v3.2.0.1, it worked well on several discs I tried today.

                Mona, I can't use 5. I have a promotional license.

Signals, which problem do you talk about?
You understood that I just can't open blu-ray menus?
I have no problems playing main movie.
The screenshot is from my problem playing DVDs.

I of course was referring to your problem opening menus with Blu-ray discs. ?? I tried 3 recent ones that allowed full access to the disc menu. Is the problem with DVD or BD?

Have you checked your settings under "play mode" I had to switch to menu mode to fix this problem for me.

You're right. It did help. Thank you.
I had completely forgotten about this setting.
I must have put in in menu mode years ago and forgotten about it.
So that was the blu-ray problem solved.
                      Now my dvd problem.

Signals, the menu problem was with blu-rays, and the playback problem is with dvds as my OP states.
Anyway the dvd critical error is only when player mode is on simple. I have no problems when using menu mode.

                        Hello Sintas,

About the fatal error on DVD movies, maybe you can try to restart Player 3 to reload the movie disc to see the result.

                        Regards,
                        mona

I restarted the player several times.
Got the same error each time.
