Hi,
I received mine today!!

Now I can't get it to play videos properly and this unit also reboots on me with one of my files so far! First impressions, NOT GOOD.

So far in the hour I played with it (updated and all) I am getting choppy video, when my older seagate player and sony smp-n200 plays these fine.

Why can't anything just work out of the box, at least I hope this will soon.

on a good note my android remote app for it works great!

I live in Chicago and just checked the URL that DVDFab sent me. According to the status, the unit is supposed to be delivered today. Hopefully that will be a sign that other US orders will be coming in soon.

Finally received this set-top box on Friday - more than 4 months after ordering (and paying) for it. Really very unhappy with it. Have used DVDfab products for a few years now and found them to be excellent so had big expectations for this Vidon.me box. I can't believe how bad it is. Hangs constantly. Must have rebooted the box 50 times already. I have used quite a few other home theatre players. pc solutions etc and they all have drawbacks but at least they play. This box promises the world in its advertising but delivers nothing. it won't play standard dvd or blu-ray without judder, won't configure for HD display, won't playback audio using optical channel. Audio won't sink with the video. Totally useless so far. Can't find any way to get support from DVDfab. Have given them 72 hours to help me get this box working or I go back to Paypal for a refund. Still no reply. What a mess.

Received my STB on May 22, set up on May 24...what a piece of junk! I'm having the same choppy playback on ISO files and freeze ups and having to reboot to get it playing again like others have stated. I emailed DVD Fab and told them how I feel about the STB and how it doesn't play ISO files. Their response was " Thanks for the feedback. We regret to hear that. Please understand that the STB does not support playing ISO files. It mainly deals with video files. Happy Weekend!". Does not support playing ISO files like they state on the web page? That's the main reason I purchased it...I would not recommend this to anyone.

The first AV100 boxes were delivered now (independent from the exchange offer) and it rellay seems that no 5.1/7.1 sound is sent to HDMI. Only stereo. This isn't up to date any more and seems to be only made to limit the functions of this model whereas the AV200 should offer passthrough.
The specification deatails are misleading. Ridiculous!

It's clearly declared on VidOn.me website, that AV100 doesn't have SPDIF/HDMI passthrough support. As far as I know, VidOn.me staffs are working hardly to optimize it, so let's hope they can bring the passthrough feature to AV100 as they did for AV200.

Shipping Details AV200?

All orders seem to be handled by Avangate which includes a reference to the VidOn.me Android Blu-ray Box (AV200) shipping, but when speaking to them, it appears they only handle the software license distribution. Is there a way to get information about the hardware shipping?

Probably not for a couple of weeks, China is closed for their Spring Festival national holiday. At one time customers got an email with details when the unit shipped, but I think they have changed logistics providers (shippers) since then so that may not be the case now.
