    hi all,
    have just tried to copy JACK REACHER uk version. on both version 9 and 8 dvdfab ,with the same result will only copy the trailers up to the main film then locks up. you get to the play main press play it then comes up with the play button again and that it will not go any further .
    any help anyone.

              hi all,
              have just used 9.0.3.6. to try again to copy JACK REACHER. same result, go through the trailers to the main menu press play and locks up,after about 5 seconds up comes the main menu again.
              will inclued internal log in this posting.

                Hi,

                Please help us in following steps:

                1. Open the disc with PathPlayer enabled.

                2. "Save Info Files" for v8, or "Export Source Info" for v9.

                3. Zip all files in "<user>\Documents\DVDFab\Log\" for v8, or "<user>\Documents\DVDFab9\Log\" for v9.

                4. Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdfab.com.

                  I've done this from a UK version of the DVD. Let me know if you need anything else.

                            Does not work for me on that,when blank dvd is inserted a box comes up saying failed to burn, do you want to burn again.

                              hi,
                              what discs are you using ? i use verbatim dl discs.
                              i used cheaper discs and had your problem, you must use a good quality disc or have a high failure rate.
