Did you sign up for it on the website during the promotion? If so, then you should look in the spam or junk folders if your email client has them. Send me a PM with the email address you used for the signup.

I suggest you send an email to service@dvdfab.cn, I can't send out replacement keys any more. May be too late.

The new permanent keys are being sent out beginning today (16 October). It may take a day or so for all of them to be delivered.
You do not need to do anything, they are being sent to all that used the website to register or those (Hotmail, etc.) that got a key manually.

These should not end up in spam folders, but the practices of some email providers are unknown and unpredictable, so check all possibilities. Also remember that you will need to register the new key using the instructions contained in the email.

I just sent email over and advised on both registered email addresses.

That should take care of it. They will check it when the office opens tomorrow. The new keys are not distributable so I can't send them any longer, sorry.
