    GregiBoy,

Can you please post the profile you use for your Networked Media Tank?

I Have the EG-M32B and saw your suggestions from the other thread:
Currently on MKV H264 AAC PrologicII 1500 bitrate, framerate same as source, no crop and custom frame size to match the original.

(is it possibly the one you used in post 2, or is that for your samsung?)

I use the same one for the Samsung and the Media Player

        Signals,

I tried posting this in another forum:

"Hi everyone. I'm trying to use the newest version of dvdfab (6.2.1.8) with the DVD to Mobile option to enjoy viewing some of the movies I have, on my cell phone. The problem is though, I seem unable to gain the potential I think I can out of the large screen I have on my Motorola Droid. There was a profile I tried using through the dvdfab.com site, but once the movie's been converted and I transfer it over to the phone, it won't play!

Anyone wanna give me some pointers?

        Thanks!"

So, any thoughts? I used the profile you listed to a T and just like another member in here, couldn't play the video on the Droid, but had no issues on playing it on a comp.

Did you try the 3gp profiles that another user posted? I don't have a droid to test on, sorry. Experiment with the video size and bitrate settings and the audio sampl rate and bitrate settings to see if you can find a combination that works better. See post #17 in this thread. He said those worked great.

This profile is not officially supported unless/until it is supplied with the DVDFab installer. It makes H264+AAC MP4 files. I will post one that makes AVIs for the Droid later. Just copy the attachment to your ..\Program Files\DVDFab 6\Profiles folder. It will appear in the cellphone dropdown selector as DROID MP4. Note: the 720x480 setting is available since the phone supports it but may have unpredictable results with some content. I suggest you choose one of the other sizes that match the aspect ratio of the original or cropped original image.

Please test this profile if you have this phone and post the results in this thread, quoting this post. Thanks.

              Audio Sync Issue with Droid

It worked great on my Droid. I was able to create a file for Star Trek at 850x480 that worked fine. Now that I see how it is done I created 3gp H264+AAC and 3gp MPEG4+AAC profiles that work also.

I had an AVI file that I copied to my Droid but the Gallery player app does not even see AVI files on the device.
From entry #17, These profiles work great but I find if I stop watching a particular movie on my droid and come back to it later (from where I left off) the audio is out of sync. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Thanks for the feedback on the droid profile. Sorry the droid does not resume play in sync, sounds like a firmware problem in the phone.

Development on that stopped ages ago and it is very restricted in what it will do.

If you can't use "Notepad", then maybe you shouldn't be using a computer!

                          Thanks Ting,
A profile editor would be greatly appreciated!
Do you plan to integrate it into DVDFab or issue it as a separate program?
                          Cheers,

It was a standalone before. Please don't pull the thread off-topic. This one is for posting new profiles.
