Even disabled it may be loading drivers and filters which can be a very bad thing. I would blow it off completely and check the filter list after.

I can't get my head around InCD preventing the program from running at all, it usually interferes with the burning process. But it is a potential problem you don't need in any case. How to post the internal log

I removed InCd from my system and rebooted.I checked the filters list and found nothing for InCd through ImageBurn. I ran Ccleaner and removed a few traces left over from Incd and rebooted. I then tried installing QT8092 (fresh and clean) but encounter the same issue.
Anyhow, even though I never had an issue with InCd (nor did I use it) it probably was a good idea to kill it anyway.
Thanks.

That was my post from back on 8.4 still have the problem with all versions. Did a fresh rebuild of system and tested with just xp sp3, imageburn and fab installed. And any version past 8.4 does it on mine. Have to play with compatibly setting to get to run. Have talked with Sunny and sent plenty of crashes in. Started with just high end 6 core AMD systems, but now with QT is spreading to more xp systems. Has to do with reg setting since blu ray ripper engine was changed to incorporate dvd rips.

I have to keep changing the compatibly setting on all versions of 8.5 and up every time I install a new version ( including the ones that were already working till they are all different). But if you look at processes you will find dvdfab is running but not registered to video uses? What processor are you running? It is related even though fab team does not look at that, And it does not have to do with graphic drives or cards (Have tried with nvidia and ati cards and different drivers and still the same). Also what version xp mine is xp pro sp3 with mce2005 in it? And I can put a 4 core back in anytime and all is fine.

Changing the compatibility mode has no effect on the QT versions for me. DvdFab.exe is listed as running in the Task Manager but the GUI never comes up.Last edited by Frankster91; 05-28-2011, 04:21 AM.

Your DVDFabQT GUI didn't comes up with compatibility mode?

Did you try at Windows safe mode?

Mine will run in safe mode , vga mode or normal but have to play with compatibility settings to make it. But some of the compatibility settings will put it in single or daul core mode so i have to go in every time I start and priority and affinity for my 6 core cpu. But it only will use 4 of the cores on my 1090T even when set for 6 core.

Compatibilty mode does not work for me and neither does installing it in compatibility mode. Running in Safe mode or Installing in Safe mode is a no go as well. It just will not come up for me.

Just wanted to try something so I installed QT8092 on this XPsp3 rig that it still does not work on.
I then went to my test rig that has XPsp3 that QT8092 does work on and copied the whole DVDFAB QT8 folder over to a flash drive. I moved and replaced the whole folder on this rig that QT8092 doesn't work on and I rebooted the system.
Well, it's still a no go. Just wondering if, in the install process, something is not being inserted into the registry properly. I keep hoping to stumble upon something or maybe the Service team can get some idea's from all these different things we have been trying.

Move the hard drive from the system that works and make it a second drive on the one that doesn't, then attempt to run the program from the directory (folder) on the second drive. How to post the internal log
