I'm having the same problem with Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen. I
am new to using this forum so please forgive my ackward attempt to posting a comment. How long does it normally take to analyze and fix problems with new copyright protections?

Mostly just a day or two.
There are times that it may take a little longer but you can bet Fab will have a fix very soon.

It will be a very quick process once Fengtao has the disc.

Main Movie, Title 13 worked for me. Title 47 only showed about 1:10 minutes, but Title 13 was the whole movie....

Ok i have been doing this backing up for awhile, i have tried several times to back up transformers 2 revenge of the fallen with dvdfab beta released yesterday with no success. So just for the hunch i tried several ways and other software to get this to back up. Here is my success, i love dvdfab and i am not endorsing outdated software, but i got the whole main movie, no extras but i can worry about that later. So here is how it did it.
used Rip it 4 me, 1 click mode, and only backed up the main movie, seems that the issue is embedded in the chapter or title section of dvd, next ripit used dvd decrypter, had 2 errors but did not stall process, after that was done it re-encoded all the psl and ptg files, and ran dvd shrink, backed up to harddrive and burned to dvd. I did have to remove spanish, and french option to fit on dvd, was only 67% compressed at end of session. I hope this helps at all i tried repeat times but it just would not work with fab. sent info to feng and i await a patch for this issue. one other note my Transformers_Revenge_Of_The_Fallen comes up a vanilla1 ? not sure if they all do but thats what i have.

It didn't work for me. I got an ISO file alright, but there were huge gaps in the movie. As for myself, part of a movie is worse than NO MOVIE AT ALL!!!

Maybe check afterdawn's website. They have already posted a few solutions for backing up Transformers 2, Main Movie only.

                  Afterdawn discussion

The easiest way that worked for me.
                  1. Remove disk

                  2. Boot dvdfab and goto settings and then pathplayer and disable it.

                  3. put disk in and select main movie.

                  4. when all the movies pop up select title 47 ONLY.

                  5. you might get errors but just hit ignore all and keep ignoring them.

                  6. hit the next button when it pops up (might take bit)

                  7. it should eventually start ripping.

(if you get some errors before it starts ripping just hit ignore all)
I then used IMGBURN to burn the files to DVD. Watched it last night on my TV and sound and video looked fine.

I got a new copy of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen yesterday on October 20. Had same problems on two different computers. Removed DVDFab on both computers yesterday, downloaded and installed newest version (6.0.7.0)on both and still had same problems.
Disabled Pathplayer on both computers and it worked (somewhat). The movie did burn (tried 2 different DVDR discs, one in each computer but on both the burn process seems to have skipped alot of the movie. Enabled Pathplayer on both again to try burning again and get same original problems again.

No need to go to afterdawn

I have version DVDFab v6.07.0 and it does not copy transformers 2 revenge of the fallen. Does this mean I will have to upgrade my DVDFAB version? or will my DVDFAB update itself with a fix while I am on line? Thanks for any help.

                          Rene

                              Hi
I had problems with tranformers 2 spent all morning with it trying 5.2.2.2 and 6.1.1.8 which they didn't work..
I didn' want to pull out my hair so I downloaded DVDFab Gold 5.2.5.0 which works great.
I checked to see if it copied to my computer and I checked the movie before I put it on a dvd there was no problems.
Then I copied it to a 8x dvd and checked it on my computer to make sure it would work right and again no problems.
Now I will put it in my dvd player to check it to make sure there is no problems.
And later we will watch it tonight on tv and around sound on.
I went to see this movie on my B-Day in July and there was only two other and me in the theatre and it was alsome.

Was able to copy Transformers 2. Had similar problem with backing up The Proposal. However did like most of what you guys were saying, under common settings, ignoring all reading errors and disabling pathplayer. Then use the customize and Title 47. If you want to have the menus, I also chose all the titles that are less than the length of the film. It backup and was able to make copy. Good luck
