Really good...crazy, but still good.
Wife and I just bought a retirement home in South Carolina.
Gorgeous place with a million dollar view.
The good news, it was quite a bit cheaper than building and a whole lot easier.

The bad news, we now own 2 houses and 2 building lots and will be eating peanut butter and jelly until we can sell some of this stuff.
Wife asked me if I want peanut butter or jelly.
She is is sooo funny.
I said, it all depends, "Can I have bread?".

Seriously, we should be ok. We're willing to take a pretty big hit on our current home since we did so well on the new purchase.
You can't get greedy and have it both ways...

Major congrats on the 14 kg weight loss!!!...
Not an easy feat and getting tougher and tougher as I get older...60 now...sigh...

Yes, it's the same neighborhood, just not the same lot since we got a great deal on a 3 yr-old home and we don't have to hassle with buliding, moving twice, yada, yada, yada.

Yeah, I guess Molly does look a bit bearish...Ting said the same thing.
She's actually a Golden Retriever and an old lady...almost 13 now.
Funny about the bear look though...she's a great dog, but a major wimp.
We rescued her from an abusive home when she was 4.
She's a lovely girl and is just like one of my kids..acts like one too...lol

Busy days are sometimes a needed distraction and at times, a real blessing.

Busy as a one-armed wallpaper hanger here, but that's ok too.
Overall, it's a productive busy.

I'm guessing it's a tad cooler than the foothills of Salem, SC...
...then again, probably no worse than Maine's southern coast...

Thank you my friend, I am indeed chugging along and making the best of my time and energy, no complaints there, just wish it was easier. For everyone, not just me, I am not stranger to difficult times. Ironically, my right shoulder after the July surgery is painful and limits my life considerably as well, so that's why the addition of anything, is just uncool but expected, its life right.

Did you guys hear that Chicago ranked most stressful city in America, with LA and San Diego coming in 4 and 5 this year, last year we were 3 and 4. They said Miami was the least stressful, no kidding.
